Our firm currently employs 20 highly skilled carpenters. An office based project manager works on each project to assist site and senior level productivities. All Highline projects are directly managed by the Principals from preconstruction through move-in, our involvement and passion is completely turn-key. Highline’s office staff supports each supervisor with up to date product data, installation information, material procurement and delivery as well as budget and scheduling information. Our site supervisors manage daily onsite operations and participate in all self-performed project scopes including steel erection, rough framing, log and timber integration, window installation, exterior trim and siding, finish carpentry and steel paneling and casework.
