Year

2009

Perched at 8000 feet on an impressive 160-acre parcel, the views of Spanish Peaks from this four-bedroom home are spectacular to say the least. The property’s design highlights both rustic and modern elements which lend it an overall timeless quality. At High Alpine, a passion for horses is evident by the loafing barn, riding facility, pastures, and trails. Highline Partners recently updated this estate with a new heli-barn and caretakers flat, a pond and stream system which encompass geothermal heating, and a complete landscape redesign which included an incredibly cool dining pavilion and exterior living space.
