This 4500 square foot family retreat is LEED Gold-rated for its geothermal heat system, tracking solar array, and sustainable building practices. The Geo system utilizes an aquatic development as thermal mass, then the dual-axis tracking solar array offsets the homes electrical use year-round, and to top it off the property was built using a combination of regional, reclaimed, and recycled material. Stone from Harlowtown, hewn timbers, and aged White Oak flooring emphasize a rustic yet elegant Montana style.
